Battle of the Ages: ChessKids vs. Streamers on February 12!

On Sunday, February 12 at 9 a.m. PT/12 p.m. EST, ChessKid will feature a showdown between four top ChessKids and four famous chess streamers! Each team will face off in a series of matches, with the ChessKids playing each streamer twice.

The Chess Streamers team will be comprised of WFM Anna Cramling, IM Eric Rosen, FM James Canty, and IM Jovi Houska!  

On the ChessKid side, we'll have FM Tani Adewumi, IM Shreyas Royal, FM Brewington Hardaway, and FM Ryo Chen!

Players will compete in eight matches each, featuring a time control of G5+1. Each ChessKid will play against each streamer twice, and the team with the best score wins! Each team will be have $250 go towards charity with an additional $250 on the line for the winning team. The ChessKid Stars will be playing on behalf of the Tani Foundation while the Streamers will be competing for Ahbap, an organization supporting relief for those impacted by the recent earthquake in Turkey.
